life coaching with jan
Are there things you’d like to achieve but haven’t realised yet?
Are you frustrated with your current career or personal situation?
Are you happy with your accomplishments to date, or do you want more?
What is your personal vision for your future?
Do you want to be and feel stronger, more in control, more fulfilled?
If any of these comments ring true for you and you’re prepared to make time to work on you, to try new ways of doing things and new ways of thinking, if you’re prepared to be honest with yourself and with me – then life coaching is just what you are looking for to help propel you forward and live the life you imagine!
what is life coaching?
Coaching is about making changes in your life.
Many of us go through periods in our lives where we are not satisfied with where we are at or how things are going. Sometimes all we have to do is hang in there and wait for things to improve - and occasionally that is all we have to do.
But sometimes, we need help. Help to see past a problem, to learn strategies for coping with challenging situations, to better understand our own strengths.
how we will start
Firstly, we will get together, either online, over the phone or in person and have a chat about you and what you want out of your experience.
This consultation is free - it's important that we not only have time to discuss your goals and your situation, but that we both have a chance to feel that we connect with each other. If you, for whatever reason, don't feel like I am a good fit for you, I am happy to provide you with some other options who may be better suited.
There are no set rules, it’s tailored individually to suit your needs - we will work out a plan together. Just bring your commitment, an open mind and your sense of humour and together we’ll get you onto a new path and heading in the direction you want to head. It’s as simple as that.
What to expect in your coaching session
Usually I work with clients twice a month to get them started and then if they choose this can be relaxed back to once a month at a later stage. Some clients work with me for a set period of time, others do a block of several months and then check in from time to time after this.
I’m not here to lock you into a rigid system or set number of sessions. Coaching has to work for you and I’m here to work with you to help you achieve the things in life that are important to you.
I take a methodical and practical approach to helping you imagine, identify and realise your goals in life. From the very first session, you will have a greater understanding of your own strengths and you will walk away with practical, applicable strategies that you can start using immediately.
