Six Week Challenge
Paul Southworth has been training with Fit For Life Coaches over the last three years. Recently he was challenged to a six week program by Janet and asked to make a blog out of it. You can see his progress here and follow his progress as he makes his way through the program.How it came about
Paul got the flu during the winter and fell off the training badly, combine that with a job that requires no physical effort he felt things had gone badly.
