Janet Cox - Personal Trainer

Transforming people's lives is also Janet's goal, but, as a personal fitness trainer, she is transforming your body. This, she has found, can also transform your life.

Janet became a personal trainer eight years ago because she experienced how much being fit and active can change your life. When she lost 25kg and found that many of her health problems subsided Janet discovered her passion - helping others discover the freedom of being healthy. 

It's not only that. Janet's clients say one hour with her is just like a two-hour therapy session. Health in body and mind.

Janet offers you:
